KETADEX NASAL

Concentrated (3.75x) nasal formulation of well established sedative-analgesic drugs.

Non opioid, no needle increments provide a titratable solution for acute pain and distress.

Intranasal bioavailability is optimal because volume is only 100 microliters (0.1 ml).

Therefore Ketadex nasal produces reliable sedation and analgesia compared with equivalent existing ampoule content.

Ketadex nasal is devoid of respiratory depressant effects and produces a plasma concentration-time curve comparable to intravenous infusion over 60 minutes. Initial hypertension, bradycardia and hallucinations are avoided. (PRODUCT INFORMATION CLICK HERE)
